AllMyLeagues — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AllMyLeagues web app, the “AllMyLeagues ESPN Connector” browser extension, and any related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What AllMyLeagues is

AllMyLeagues is a read-only dashboard that brings your fantasy football leagues from Sleeper, Yahoo, and ESPN onto one screen, with cross-league features (exposure, rooting, forecasts, and in-game event summaries). The Service never writes to, posts to, or modifies your fantasy accounts or leagues — it only reads data to display it back to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your accounts and connections

• You may only connect fantasy accounts and leagues that you own or are authorized to access.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens through your connected accounts and for keeping your sign-in (magic-link email) secure.
• Your use of Sleeper, Yahoo, and ESPN remains subject to their own terms of service. You’re responsible for complying with them. Using AllMyLeagues does not change or waive any obligation you have to those platforms.
• ESPN “League Unlock”: ESPN has no official public API, so connecting an ESPN league requires a league member’s ESPN session cookies (SWID/espn_s2). When you connect an ESPN league, you authorize AllMyLeagues to use those credentials to read that league’s data on behalf of you and other members of that same league. Only connect a league you’re a member of, using your own credentials.

4. Third-party platforms & no affiliation

AllMyLeagues is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Football League (NFL), ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or any other platform. All trademarks, team names, player names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify your leagues and players.

The Service depends on data and access provided by those third parties, which we don’t control. They can change, rate-limit, break, or block access at any time, which may degrade or interrupt the Service — in whole or for a specific platform — with or without notice. We’re not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or decisions, and access to any given platform is not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access accounts, leagues, or data you’re not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its data.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in any way that violates a third-party platform’s terms.

6. Data accuracy & no gambling reliance

Win probabilities, projections, forecasts, exposure, and event detections are estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. They’re derived from third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and from models that are approximations. AllMyLeagues is not a gambling, betting, or financial service, and nothing in it is advice. Don’t rely on it for betting, wagering, or any financial decision; if you choose to anyway, you do so entirely at your own risk.

7. AllMyLeagues+ (paid subscription)

Some features may require a paid subscription, AllMyLeagues+. Where offered:

• Pricing is shown at the point of purchase (currently planned at $9.99 per season). A “season” subscription covers the then-current NFL season and does not automatically renew unless stated at purchase.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; your use of checkout is also subject to their terms. We don’t store full card details.
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase; pro-rated refund through approximately Week 4 of the NFL season; no refund after that. We may make exceptions at our discretion.
• You can stop a subscription from renewing (where renewal applies) at any time; access continues through the period you’ve paid for.
• Paid features may change as the product evolves. If we materially reduce what an active paid plan includes, we’ll aim to give reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, and original content — is owned by AllMyLeagues and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial fantasy use. Your league and player data remain yours; we only use them to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service, or access to any third-party platform through it, will be available, timely, secure, or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMyLeagues and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllMyLeagues and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights or terms (including those of Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, or the NFL).

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if a third party’s changes make continued operation impractical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, add, or remove features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in [COUNTY/STATE] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that isn’t subject to small-claims court, and you and we each waive any objection to venue there.

15. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them (e.g. in a sale or reorganization of the Service).
• Force majeure. We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages.
• Time limit on claims. Any claim relating to the Service must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
• Attorneys’ fees. In any dispute arising from these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent permitted by law.
• International use. The Service is operated from the United States; if you use it elsewhere, you’re responsible for complying with local law.
